Quincy Service League will not be liable if it is prevented from holding the Holiday Gift Show & Sale by strike, fire, act of God, or for any other reason beyond its control. I understand the terms of this agreement and realize my booth rental fee is non-refundable. I agree to stay within my booth size requirements and understand there will not be extra tables and chairs at set-up for the show if I do not indicate my need for them on this form or at least one week in advance of the show to the show chairperson. I understand that my booth placement requests will be considered but are not guaranteed
